(I am not trying to be troublesome by reposting this here in the creature handler forum, but no other profession's thread has deleted this very same post thus far.Especially as a dedicated creature handler myself from the beginning, I thought many other handlers could appreciate a guild that is reliant on natural mounts for all of its members to travel on. I see no reason why BEAST can recruit and advertise all the time here, yet when another guild may be just as significant for our beloved class thepost is deleted with no reason at all. I made this guild to help struggling classes such as entertainers and handlers, and I would appreciate any support we can receive in return from my community...)
First, let me apologize to those of this profession for posting a topic that may be of no interest to you. I am part of a dying tribe of gypsy nomad wanderers on the Radiant server. We are a primitive people, built around the entertainer, melee, scout, and crafter classes. Travelling in mounted caravans with no homes, we take great pride in avoiding technology and using simple weapons to hunt and defend ourselves. Our animals are essential to this survival, as our constant companions in all our travels. Gypsy dancers and musicians are not merely healers, but the spirit and essence of our philosophy...
I am trying to offer a different perspective to these unpopular professions, to give us a new clarity in these times. With the new JTL expansion here, much of the planet surfaces will empty I imagine. Our own numbers have been dwindling as of late, since this is a difficult life to lead. Just be sure to keep your rabble'orf' my land....it took weeks to evict the last band of roaming gypsies from my precious yard; not only did they steal a few rucksacks of hard earned loot, but they also saw fit to leave a large stack of traffic cones in my front room and harassed the rancors' !

Its quit possibly because of me that your origional post got deleted. I reported the guy that flamed you last time for using GD (personal pet peeve) I thought they would just delete his post but apparently they deleted the whole thread. Sorry

Do not apologize Joker, I did see your post and appreciated the help. The person was just being troublesome, and did not like seeing all the posts I had made in the different profession forums. I was surprised because if anything, I think my post is more relevant in the handler forum than many of the others. Do not worry Liberation, I will keep my people far from your land, that I promise...

heh, I think role playing is kind of cool but I just dont have teh capacity to think in Role Playing terms. Good luck though, that is my favorite thing about JTL right now is I feel more star warsy and it fulfils a role. There should be more role players and less wanna be leets. (I myself ama wannabe leet in some FPS games, but never want this game to be taken over in that fashion.)

More power to the role players' I say, people are always complaining that the game doesn't feel 'Star-Warsy' enough.
So why oh why would people flame a friendly little post like this from Grendel?
Good luck recruiting more gypsies for your shanty town anyway matey
