as you may have guess this is about good places to get ch xp. i was wondering if there are better ways to get xp than useing a macro killing low lvl mobs outside town, finding a hunting party or going to squill and geo cave.

Geo caves are good, especially if you hook up with a good group. Squill caves are often heavily camped, and many neanderthals don't realize that a pet taking a hit out of a mob does not rob them of their precious XP. Still, if you can get with some cool guys, the xp can be good. If you're combat profession is melee based(swordsman, TK, fencer, etc.)Fort Tusken can also be a good place. If you're ranged(Rifleman, pistoleer, etc.)any of the planets are good, if you head out to the plains away from the cities, where the higher level mobs are.

the main problem for me is i am well useless in combat. so soloing is a pain since if i aim for higher things i die and so dose my pet.

If you arepoor in combat, your options are probably limited to the things you are trying to look beyond.

I mastered CH in a few days doing enraged rancor missions, but without TKM it wouldn't of been possible, and itwon't be for you with poor combat skills.

The facts are this and you just got to deal with it. Its better to use a baby womprat to splat critters on the edge of mos eisley. Rather then dungeoning, or group hunts. Only because you can constant kill. So if your looking for speed then that is the way to go. Its tedious ashell and utterly blows your mind but it is the best way.

The geo cave spawn has been nerfed. Fort tusken is cronically camped. Other dungeons get spawn timers. So the points may be good, but the wait for the next spawn are not.

Though if your looking for a more enriching experience try doing a back and forth useing a cowardly gurrek from the blueleaf temple on yavin to the woolamander temple and back and forth it. The points are oh three quarters city camping. You get to kill some hard critters, and get some good harvests to boot.

My favorite part is some of the good pets you can get on yavin large anglers klikniks giant crystal snakes.

My CH stomping grounds are on endor. But you will have a problem with soloing if you have limited combat skills. What exactly are you going for as far as combat is related? My advice would be to just get a group of friends and go out and hunt some stuff. With your current skills, your buddies will get their fair share of exp and you get the same amount of CH exp regardless of weather the pet does 10 damage or 1000 damage.

i was just thinking launcher pistol because it looks so cool. but with the commando i think you get some melee defence bonus from the brawler but of the skill you need so that would be handy. and also since the weapons they have like flame thrower is powerful and fun all the the same time. with the pistoleer i dont think i get too much from it.

Actually pistoleers have better defenses atm (speaking from experience) Not as far as melee defense goes of course but they have a high dodge modifier and if you can cap on pistol speed, you do some pretty decent DPS. Flamethrowers are really good if you can find a fast one. Otherwise you'll have a 4 sec or so delay between attacks.

the best weapons and flame throwers are always custom made with huge price tags. and you have a good argument with becomeing a pistoleer. i guess i will have to go with good old flipping a coin i guess.

I've got flamethowers that do 10k damage but you gotta wait 4 sec to use specials again. with pistoleer, I do 2k a sec. so it evens out for the most part. It all really depends on your preferences.
