As a long-time MCH on 3 different toons, dating back to October 2003, can someone please tell me if I should even bother to log in my MCH now?
Yes yes, the system's great if you're a noob CH. I'm not asking about noobs. I want to know if, as an MCH facing a massive xp grind comparable to mastering the entire profession several times over, is it even worth my time?
I won't rant about how unfair it is, how F**KED up it is for MCHs, or even tell the devs where they can shove it. I want someone to tell me if they (as an MCH) feelthat grinding out the professionmultiple times to usethese new abilitiesis anythingbut a waste of time?

As a MCH testing this on TC-Bria, I was having fun. Get out of the grind mentality. As long as you have room in your datapad, find some new babies and tame them. Once you find one with an innate ability play with it.
The only ones that are going to be grinding are those that will want the Uber pet tomorrow. The rest of us can simply continue the same way we have been playing. This will just enhance our experience.

If you can ignore the fact that your old pets do not have the specials they used to. If you can ignore having to continue fighting with them to get to the point they can learn new ones. If you don't mind having to find, tame and train pets you don't want to get the specials you need to teach the pets... then yes!
Sarcasm aside, you'll have to decide that for yourself. I am annoyed at having previously working specials stripped, however I do like that I can go collect every special out there and customize what my pets will know. It gives me a goal to strive for when I haven't had much of one in a while.
I'm over the fact that I will delete long-time companions when I find another of their species with an innate special. It's just a game and having some silly emotional attachment to a few electrons is stupid on my part. Right? Sorry, the sarcasm slipped back in...
