While we are getting our L1 and L2 abilities. Many of us cannot Xp our existing datapad as we go because babies do ont spawn form missions. This is bad since most of us have high level pets. Adding to the nausiating grind

I don't understand that at all.
You get pet XP from fighting with your pet. I don't see how baby spawns have anything to do with that or why it would effect a vereran ch any differently than a new one.

If searching for babies, taming them, and then having them fight by your side is such a "nauseating grind", it makes me wonder why some folk became creatures handlers in the first place.

I speak Scoooterese. What he's saying is it would be more convenient if we could take Destroy creature missions to level our creatures and hunt for babies at the same time. Babies no longer spawn from mission lairs, hence his displeasure.

Ahhhh, now that I can understand. Yes, that is less convinient. I'm not sure why they stopped babies spawning from missions, but my guess is that the changes introduced some wierd and nasty bug with babbies from missions (due to the varying creature levels from missions spawns andthe fact that babies are now essentialy full grown)so they just cut it out to stop that from happening. These days I'll take what I can get.

Ah, I see.
My Ranger side likes the removal of babies from missions, because there's more hide hanging on the adults. But, yeah, it will take a shift in strategy to get babies now. This is anecdotal, and therefore not worth much, but I thought I noticed a significant increase of wild lairs as I was wandering around Mos Taike this morning.

Actually babies in wild lairs now have the same amount of hide/meat/bone on them. Makes sense considering the "babies" have the full HAM, attacks, CL,and so on of adults.
