depends on the pet
the high CL, the more worked needed to level it up
and i would assume the person would want it trained with abilities, adn which they want woul determin the price

personalyl id price by
a* xp needed per level * number of levels wanted + a fixed price for each ability wanted
(id never teach a non-ch pet anything above L2 and would probably stick to those skilsl designed to make the pet more useful in non-combat roles (better ehalth etc so mounts last longer, better speed(if it works) etc, i wont teach a non-ch critter any offensive skills or any leve 3's regardless
oh and for the value a id prob go with something along the lines of 1.0 with a min fee of 50k (with all fees counting towards that including specials training)

Holy crap! 100k for a lvl 10 is crazy, i can lvl like 5 lvl 10s in one lair on dant.
