I noticed this too on my BE pets. When I tell them to attack, their mind pool gets drained some and regens. On the pets that I have commandable skills on now (eye gouge, staggering attack), commanding the use of said special will drain the pets action pool, also. So far I don't think that the mind drain outpaces the regen for standard attacks, but I'll keep an eye on it, and see if it is a problem if it drains to 0.

yeah my be pets mind goes down as he fights.. anyone know why>

Im pretty sure when my rancor HEED takes damage and his mind is minimal his health regen isnt as affective, but if you watch youre pet the mind regens instantly after attacks in like...8 seconds ish, so just tell youre pet to follow you and heal it while its mind goes up, also action regen isnt that hard to coutner, just get some doctor to buff the pet, Or learn how and when the action regens the most, pets like us regen faster when sitting, so if youre stopped and not attacking tell youre pet
