Got one !!! woohoo.. about 1:38 PM I found the sucker, he was outside the lair on only my second pass. Took me 3 attaempts, first time he agroed me and i ran into a mob of marauders.. but i got out alive, got back to him, and got him on the 3rd attempt. No special sadly, but hey, I got one! I have a queenb as well, but no luck with the king yet.
I will update screen shots and WPs I have found them in a little.

Ok the Waypoints I found MY Blood-Drenched Merek King Spawns are very close to eachother...
-4384, -2807
-4915, -2169
-4578, -2517
-4979, -2921
all about the same area... about 6km West of Research. like at the begining of those mountains.. king and queen spawn there also.

Gratz. These are really a matter of finding the lairs, once you have the lairs, its just a matter of time before you run into the babies.
It seems to me that you got the least common of the lot first. Though havign said that I've only seen one King Harvester and one Blood drenched king myself but an entire multitude of queen harvesters.

OK GOT THE KING BABY... Came with Intimidating attack L2 so now I own all 4 rare mereks... yay on to the raptor

I got a Blood-Drenched King I never seen a queen before?? but It didnt come with didly squat. But hey HES GUNNA BE HUGE! My Queen harvester came with nuthing and i have found more then one... My Harvester King came with intimidating attack L2

I search hours upon hours trying to find rares and unique pets. Scylla must be bugged...I can't find poodoo!

Im working a King Merek Harvester Lair right now.. Its good cause it only has a king and a Delirious so its not a pain to do. I have yet to get a queen with a special though eather.. im jut not getting very lucky. Go find an Elder Hanadak Matriarch they are cool, mine came with defense agility L1 took me a while to spawn a baby.

Dont feel bad most of my tames from scylla was pure luck or someone in guild found and called me at 2 am to log in and come and get the pet
but hey one of my guildies had a baby bull rancor walk up to him while he was taming a reptilian flyer the lucky bastich so anything is possible ( I personally tripped over a gaping spider queen )
