You can tame up to level 12, you can sell up to level 10 to a non-CH once you get to master and get the transfer command. I don't believe you can trade a tamed pet without that.... not sure though.

Non CH pets don't need the transfer command. Only CH pets need it.

The adult level is what is important. if the adult is level 15 they can't use it... adult level must be 10 or below for non-CH to use it once it is grown.

I've noticed it seems to take about a week for a pet to be fully grown.

In my experiences, they average about 1 lvl per day if you dont feed them on a regular basis.

Most pets will be fully grown in 7 days if you never call them, and don't teach them any commands. If you bring them out once a day, and teach them one command each day, they should be fully grown in 5 days. If you use the pet often, and feed it often, it should be fully grown in under 4 days, maybe even 3 days. The higher max cl the pet has, the longer it will take, but a cl50 pet doesn't grow that much more slowly than a cl10 pet. It's kind of random.

It's been my experience that frequently usedpets will grow steadily, and then experience a sudden growth spurt, which can be up to 40% of their levels. I've mastered CH, so trust me on this. I've had level max cl50 pets gain 15 levels in a day, whereas they normally gain 5-7 levels per day. It's rare, but it happens.

I forgot to add this: I've caught pets before, such as quenkers, and never called them between the time that I caught them, and the time they were full grown. Seemingly as a result of being left in the Dpad, they lose levels. This is a good thing. Instead of havingcl24 quenkers, I've had cl23 quenkers with the exact same dmg, resist, and ham. This also happened with a Verne bull and with something else, I forget what.
