I've seen it not work on the first or sometimes second time, the bar updates, but the stats don't. After a couple of experiements, it updates and then continues to update the stat in the window.

There's a new bug with Publish 20 where the effects of experimenting are not always updating on the screen. Previously this bug was isolated to AS experimenting on layers, now it seems to be affecting all crafting that involves experimentation.

Turns out if you wait around 30 seconds, the stat will update and then should work correctly from then on.

I noticed it, too. I did a couple experiments, then by the Third, it updated. I'll take another go at it and see if its related to time or points.

There is a work around where if you minimize the crafting window and then restore it, the stats will update.

i first thought the non updated values were not going to stick because on the naming screen the incorrect values still displayed but after the item was created and in my inventory the correct values were there. after this i just ingored the false low values and continued to craft.

I'm only a novice Shipwright, but I was on my toon earlier today. I was making some class 1 Engines just for xp and something to do. I found that when I experimented it did not update in my little window.......

so i've been hunting with my falumpaset mount and a cu pa i'm leveling. if the cu pa gets knocked out i can just bacta him and he's back up. but, ifknocked out,the falumpaset does not respond to incap recovery on the radial menu, bacta, or pet stims. i have to store/recall him to get him back up.
anyone else?

I've had that happen with a spat after it was trained as a mount.
I think there are a bunch of odd behaviors that start happening once a pet gets that saddle. A mount will attack a lair, but then just stop for no reason unless you keep telling it to attack. Healing doesn't bring them back from incap without a store / recall. Mounts also don't seem to follow as well as non-mounts.

Pets with saddles ALWAYS behave differently than other pets. They have incap recovery issues, they don't show heals with petstims or bacta, when sent to attack a lair, they won't attack unless you and the pet are right on top of the lair, and when they do attack, they'll make six attacks and stop.
The saddle is what does it. Before you put the saddle on, the pet behaves the way every other pet does that can't wear a saddle. Train it as a mount, and the behavior changes.

But I have had trouble with incap recovery working with non-mount pets. It could be related to my toon being incapped and trying to recover the pet after I awake. I have lost a lot of vitality on pets since this started happening. I have since quit using my BE pets in dangerous situations and just use the pets I am grinding for specials. I will probably have to replace my BE pets because of this, who wants to start grinding 4 million xp on a pet that isn't 100/100 to start.

hmm... think this should be added to the "also rans" in Ko-a's post? General mount issues?
