Thread: Quick Question on Creature Taming line

Hello, im gettin 2 lines of CH and i was thinking 4,0,0,4.
However with the way the new CH Pet abilitys are implmented does the 3rd and 4th box of Creature Taming actualy have anything what so ever to do with specials?

Do you mean "embolden" and "enrage"? Those still apply (although "enrage" doesn't stack with Frenzied Assault).
Actually, I just double checked the branch you were talking about, you probably mean the old commands to train for special1 and special2. No, those aren't used anymore with the new special system. I can't refer to the in-game skill trees (I'm checking Kodan's prof calc, and it may not be fully updated), I don't think those are even included anymore.
I think the "taming vicious" mods are still checked to determine whether you can call an aggro pet, though, so that branchmay still be handy to have for your template.

Yeah it was the old Special 1 and 2 things and they are still mentioned in game.
And yeah the + to vicious does let you tame the red creatures but now im torn as to what to get for my 2nd tree :*(
4004 - More pet specials since can tame the argo creatures
0404 - More creatures in data pad (kinda insignificant since i can only call 2 creatures and im not using this for pvp, however thinking of sellin mounts so more storage would be good)
0044 - The enrage and other ability would make my few pets tougher....
ARGH!!!! 
Any thoughts?
And sorry for turrning this into a template thread

OK my thoughts... Basic train of thought is that CH is NOT a profession to dabble in.3333 gives you cl 40max in pets. each 4 box gives you 5 morean MCH gives u the extra 10. Thus your ability to learn pets specials will be very limited due to the max cl u can handle.

well i went with 4,0,0,4 and got a max CL of 36.
Duno why any one would go 3.3.3.3, 4,4,0,4 would give you 48 max CL.
Also CH is good for what i need, which is a way to defend or distract things that are at my factorys, make a bit of money sellin mounts, and just have fun taming babys and searthing for abilitys.
