I heard that you could get a Varactyl higher then level 10? Some Kashyyk quest or something? Is this true?

If you have the ditgal download and are a master CH you can do the quest on Kash for a level 65 version.

Yup! Just speak to the rodian with the veractyl standing behind him at the rodian hunter's camp in the bottom right corner of the map when you arrive at Kachirho.

I love that pet, combatant and fastest mount all bundled up. Perfect for Kashyyk missions in the nonvehicle areas.

Supposing youhave the digital download of ROTW and you are a master CH,speak to the rodian with the varactyl pet at the rodian hunter's camp (Bottom right corner of the map).

He'll ask you to kill a varactyl named "Jagged fang" or "Old fang" or something like that (I did that quest some time ago). I don't remember its level but it's an elite varactyl with AOE attacks. I needed some help to defeat it but I'm not a good fighter.

Once you kill the varactyl, search the nest for your varactyl egg.
