Ok, well, I have to tell someone.

As Im not yet master Ch(4434) I have not been actively looking for rares, but I spent today doing the borvo the hutt missions from the moenia cantina.

Heading out for the second time, a red dot appears infront of me.I tab to it, and its a swampstalker.I have never seen one before, and, as they are a lowish level pet, though this might be my chance.

I killed the adult, killed 2 more adults, then , finally, the 4th spawn was a baby.

It has taken me nearly half hour and close to 20 tries to tame it, as this happened just outside moenia among all the spineflaps and other noob mobs.He kept aggroing everything nearby mid tame, then me, but i didnt give up.He was down to 20 health when the tame eventually took.

It was the most nerve wracking experience i have ever had in this game.

Coordinates were 4589 -4570 and this was on Farstar.

congrats , he will be an outstanding edition to your collection i love mine , but for some reason if you call him from data padand there is a creature walking within 60m of you , he will instantly agro the creature lol

Rares tamed : bull rancor , swamp stalker , thune grassland guardian , rhoa kwi pack leader, screecher and arachne widow i know im forgeting something here lol geez

released my gaping spider queen not rare as we think , along with rhoa kwi guardian

Congradulations!! I'm not much of a collector yet, it is on my list of things to do but I have so many other things I want to do first. I do agree that taming can be a nerve racking thing though. I love the rush I get when I finally see the words telling me I've tamed the beast. The only other thing that compares is maybe PvP.

I should say Congrats!!!! I spent over 3 and a half hours searching all different swamps of Naboo, and NOT EVEN 1 sighting of an adult lol...
