I would like to tell you a story about friendship here on the SWG. I was a noob CH a couple of months ago, hunting spawns just outside of cornet. a fellow ch came up to me and gave some advice on how to lvl up faster. over the month we began a friendship going up the ch tree. we would meet and go hunting and taming. i myself went up the tree and became a MCH.anyways..... we began to look for screecher about a 2 weeks ago. the first time i tried we lost 2 babies. the second time we lost one. my friend during this time lost about the same. yesterday we got 4 screecher mission. the first three no babies. we were about to give up and on the last mission BOOM sitting out in the open a baby, didn even have to tap the lair. slowly he moves up to it, he hits tame and goes thru the ritual, nothing,,,, after the 7th time bingo he got his baby. it was a proud moment for both of us. i was so jealous of his catch. after going back to the base he made it a point to me that he will help me find my screecher. we meet the next day and went back to endor to get another 4 screecher missions. to make along story short on the first mission, a baby screecher was just sitting by the lair. it took me 5 times but i finally got it. i was shaking in my chair. i finally got my screecher. a very proud day for me. one thing i like to say i would like to say THANK YOU SmaKu

for helping me, you are a good SWG Friend. Now we both have a screecher. Death Head's are next. anyone have any advice on how to find Death Head babies?

great story. love hearing atleast other people's good news

as for the deaths heads, theres two areas you need to look at: around the marauder stronghold and the middle part of the desert, especially around the battlefield

lots and lots of death's heads roaming around the desert.

best bet are the lairs with more than one death's head, obviously. it's hard NOT to find a baby from oen of them.

Lol I went through 50 lairs before giving up and moving to dathomir. Almost all of them had 2 death's heads when I arrived. I wish it were this easy

I even tried the "kill, leave, and make them respawn" trick on the last 20 lairs or so, making them respawn 5 or six times until I got bored and killed the lair.

Hunting with friends is the way to go for looking for the rare pets. It is much more enjoyable and rewarding and the countless lairs grinding goes by faster.

My advice is to look in the desert for deaths'head lairs and I found the most in Radient in the NE. If you see Meriks look around the area because I have found the meriks spawn close together so it is a good chance a deaths'head lair might be there. I also found good number of lairs south of the northern outpost about 1000 meters away in the hills. I liked looking in the desert however because the land was flat and much easier to do. If you do find a baby let the meriks spread out a little bit so there is lance chance for aggro and dont forget to mask scent before trying to tame.

I got lucky and only had to go through 3 lairs before I got a deaths'head. I have done several more since then and so far no luck.

It was perfect that the next time out of the gate we picked up that 2nd screecher. woot. Couldn't have planned it any better.

Thanks all for the suggestions on the Death's Heads. We'll put them to good use.
