Thread: Strange new bug

I am grinding out my last CH box on dantooine and ran into this most frustrateing bug.
My picket longhorn (still growing at level 18) autostored of course while I was fighting 3 grassland voritor trackers.
The trackers including the corpeses of the ones I killed also disaeared and a new spawn formed.
I recalled my pet and now is the part of the bug I hate. The same trackers that 1 min eairlier got me 940 CH xp were now getting me 720 CH xp.
Seething bol crushers which were gaining me 950 CH xp just 20 min before were now gaining me 740 CH xp.
I checked to see if maybe my picket had grown so that is why the xp went down but he was still level 18.
anyone else noticed this?

Update after another autostore the xp changed to 900 for both.

That is just too wierd. Never seen that one before, except for the auto store part, LOL

hhhmmmm.. are u using ranged or special pet attacks? I have know idea if this makes any different, just a thought.

Wow 940 xp for a picket longhorn?
I was using a lvl 15 pet of mine to try and get CH xp and all i ever got from those was 300 xp each.
Maybe its just me but I did finally master CH and that really took awhile at 300 xp a kill.
In the time I made 900k rifle xp I only recieved 40k CH xp

what i always noticed when my pets autostored, is that they never actually stored....the warped some few kilometers away.....ALTHOUGH i could select control-2 (control-1 targets u) and could heal them, which means the system thought they were less than 6 meters away...but i couldn't see them, and to recall them, in my datapad , i had to store them....maybe the system considered u having 2 pets of the same type out.....it's something to think about....weird i agree totally....

That's just plain weird. It sounds like it wascounting the same picket twice in the XP calculations? But that should have cut the amount cleanly in half to 475, not to 720?
Let me know if you see this happening again, or if anyone else is able to reproduce it. Hopefully it's just a freak one time glitch.

I had a similar problem today while fighting on dathomir. I had my lvl 20 mature reptilian flier out and grouped with me. All of the sudden he disappears and the group disbands. I had to store him through the datapad, not sure where he went. The same thing happened a second time with my lvl 15 female plains tusk cat only 5 minutes later on the same lair. I didn't have my lair disappear and my XP drop, only my pets poofing into thin air.

Um sorry vert but I made master on that grind and because the meats on dath are so good I maxed my ch xp already (and no I am not gonna drop master again just to test it 
)

No worries there.... now you just need to start grinding CH XP to trade in at Aurilia.

what's this Aurilia ? and what to trade in - or was it some kind of joke.
sorry but i missed a lot while not playing the last 6 month.
and about that issue taloncard had -
maybe he was hunting close to a server boarder ?!
