I'm currently a MCH, and I was wondering about one detail. Currently I can hold 22 pets as a pre-patch Master CH (as opposed to the 20 that my friends seem to be limited to as post-December patch Master CHs).

My question is- if I drop Master CH (and 1 or 2 skill lines), will I lose the ability to hold 22 pets and be set back to 20?

Nope.

I'm down to 0/0/0/4 right now, and I still have 22 pets on the datapad. I can call anything CL 24 and below. I can even call a giant carrion spat and a lesser dew at the same time (they add up to CL 21). I can't tame anything, because there's "no room in that container" (meaning my datapad) for them...and won't be until I'm an MCH again (which was always the plan, but I'm about to give up hologrinding altogether, as I have no interest at all in the next holo prof, architect.
