Thread: Pre-Pub 7 BE pets broken?

Hello all. I am a former MCH myself and wanted to ask a question of the current masters.
I had a BE Kandu CL 10 and a BE Wrix CL 10. After Pub 7 went live I tried to pull out my pets. I recieved a message stating I would either need to adjust level or stats. I choose stats so I could continute to pull them out.
Both pets lost all resists and HAM went from 4000 to 900 on both. All resists were lost. After I logged out and logged in later and tried to pull them out, I was told I didnt have the skill. though both were CL10. I know about the pet-trade in system and could just trade them in but I would like some clarification as to what happened?
I read nothing in the patch notes about BE creature levels being changed.

Actually there is a note in publish 7 regarding non-creature handler animal verification. Unfortunately the verification also checks creature handler animals. All bio-engineered creatures as suspect now. Its not just pre-publish animals either. I can make an animal today with a given creature level that can be declared invalid and adjusted.

But the pet is still CL 10 with adjusted stats and I cant pull it out.

I'd suggest you contact a CSR but someone I know on my server did that. The response was sell the animal to a creature handler

I'll just delete them. I want a Cu Pu anyways. 
I thought about going CH again, but I want to wait until CH and BE pets measure up to the wild equals.
