I tamed two delirious merek avengers yesterday, they started at CL4, used the heck out of them both last night. One is now fully grown, CL40,and the other is at CL28. Anyone else ever experience full growth in one day?

Sounds like a bug or an accidental exploit. They should only grow 10% per 12 hours. Lucky you though, lol.

I'v seen some impresive growth befor. I know back when I used graul maulers my pair that were the same age grew at different rates. I think my most impresive growth was with the BE'd pet I replaced my maulers with once they got nerfed. just after its second growth it had an efective ham = to a graul after the nerf so I started useing it alot. used it all day at CL21 or so then that night I stored it and recalled cause it was acting funny and it poped out at its full CL 45

To Upgrade something implies that you are adding too, enhancing, and fixing the thing that you are upgrading. The CU does not do this, it is not adding too, enhancing, or fixing the combat system that is in place, it is replacing the innovative SWG system with the generic one used by its competitors. Be honest and stop calling it the CU, Call it the CR (combat replacement) instead

I have seen this happen as well. I am also a master Bio enge and a few days ago I made a 12900 HAM pet. It was full grown in about 2 days. on the second growth cycle it went to half grown.

The day I made/tamed it I was online for about 12hours and used the pet alot. mabye this has something to do with it.

I have had a few wild pets grow this fast as well. I have been a Master CH since about 3 weeks after launch and it does happen. My first Rancor on the other hand seemed to never grow.

I bought my Rancor yesterday at lvl 5. Just before i logged out today he went full grown lvl 50. I used him like a mofo on hunts, which to my experience makes pets grow alot faster.

Although i got quite a laugh when using him on sharnaff hunts....when he hit lvl 50, igot an AMAZING 1CH XP per sharnaff killed.

I think there is a "pet growth" routine which runs as part of the DB backup/cleanup every 12 hours.

These have probably been running more frequently over the last few days in preperation for publish 6. (Cretainly the DB has been a bit lagged at times over the last week).
