Creature Handler Archive

I've had a few ppl tellling me that creatures lvls can be lowered somehow be a ch. is this true, or just a rumor?

If they are level 11-14a non-ch can drag and drop the critter onto a creature handler trainer who will return a CL10 pet that they can control.

Note that I said "A" cl10 pet. People have found that it is not always the SAME animal as the one you dropped on the trainer. I personally was able to drop a lvl 14 kaadu mount and got back a lvl 10 kaadu mount so sometimes it works asexpected(stats were made identical to a lesser plains bol if anyone is wondering...900 hams).
