It's one of the "boss" creatures that sometimes spawn right before a lair is destroyed. Boss creatures never spawn babies though (unfortunately).

I am not sure your statement is true. As per my An Enraged Defender post. The screen shot stated it ws tameable. Now when you figure in that it took me 1000's Piket lairs to spawn a boss. And that the odds of a baby in spawning is maybe even higher it is unlikely. But the screen shot still states it is tameable. Where is an acceptable place to seen the examine window to view?

Okay, simple question, if anyone knows.
Aside from being an 'Easter Egg' at the end of an occassional Rav lair, does anyone else know anything significant about the Voracious Patriarch? HAM wise, resist wise, it's no stronger than the Ravenous Torton.
They spawn at the end of a Rav lair, about one in every 8 lairs, I would say.
Anyone seen any babies? Or are they just what I described them as? Just an 'easter egg' at the end of the lair? In comparison to the Ravs, they are the same aside from the name, and as easy to kill.
