rancor hunting has pretty good ch xp to it
Yes and I am sure with his 2 skill boxes he has a pet that can take an accidental hit by a rancor ![]()
I am on my 3rd day of CH now and 1 thing I have learned so far is:
There is no reward in going after bigger game for XP.
Example:
Lowest creature possible 100 XP tame, 100 XP train
Shapanaut Hunter (sp?) 150 XP tame, 108 XP train (i couldnt believe that number when i saw it
)
The difference? Loads less failures training the 100 xp pet (catch and release) and thus faster XP
(ie yer better off running around outside a major city training low creatures for XP than doing it on dathomir or endor)
Another example:
spineflap (Naboo) 80 CH XP
Rogue Fambaa (Naboo) 200-250 CH XP
Killing the spineflap is riskfree, let the pet get a hit and then finish it off yourself.
Killing the Rogue Fambaa can be trouble: 1) your newbie pet won't last long tanking it, 2) if you tank for your pet the fambaa will most likely still switch to targeting your pet (happens all the time to me...prob a knockdown thing though), 3) you need some sort of serious combat skill yourself to kill the thing
It is alot faster (although repetitive) to kill noob creatures for 60-90 XP each than killing a tough creature for a whopping 200-250 XP. (question is though can you stay sane killing 1000000 spineflaps
)

This thing would prolly have crap tastic resists and attacks and such. and with the 6 and 3k AMits believable to a point ( eg not resists higher then 10 %)
