Thread: Ch question on training L2 skills

ok i been learning the new system but i got a n00b question. Lets say i have intimidate attack (L1) and i train my pet in that. According to what i read each pet gets a certain amount of ability points if i train it in the L2 version does that take away from the total number of abilitys my pet can learn or does it just replace the L1 version. and if it does take up another ability line then how do u train a level 2 or 3 skill once u have leaned it does the pet need to have the L1 version first cause i had a pet with 22 training points and 1 ability point and it wouldnt let me train a level 2 skill.

You have the understanding of the system. Your pet gets say 4 slots when fully XP trained. You give it L1 ability it will have 3 left. you give it L2 of the same ability it will have 2 slots left. If you have NOT trained the L1 ability of then you can NOT train the L2 ability into that pet.
