I read that a MCH can get a quest from pirue gue at the rodian hunters camp on kashyyyk that has a varactyl egg as a reward. The egg hatches into a level 65 varactyl. When I talk to him he jsut says something about liking kashyyk. If i kill the big varactyl you're supposed to kill for the quest I can't find the egg still, so I'm sure I have to talk to him and get the quest first. I bought The Total Exxperience rather than download Rage of The Wookies, but I've been told that doesn't matter.

Any suggestions?

Sorry it does matter. The Level 10 and the Level 65 quest are only available if you have the digital download.

Thats annoying. I really fancied a level 65 varactyl. Guess I'll have to buy one

I've been trying to find someone willing to sell, but it's not easy, and I was even offering multiple high-level BE pets to their specifications. However, I was asking for the egg only and wouldn't accept one that has already been hatched, or at least was still very young.

Been a MCH for a while now. The CL65 Varactyl is a quest pet like the Kashykk Bantha and the Bolitaur, one that actually requires more than a generic combat skill to recieve, not a token item like the CL10 Varactyl. I had hoped that this is an oversight in the coding, but it has gone on long enough for me to realize all the newer CH will be getting the shaft with "The (semi)Total Experience".

Sure, there's nothing really special about a CL65 varactyl, stat wise, but the fact it's the only CH quest in the game will be a constant reminder of CH before Publish 21.
