ok way to say be careful your pets have perma death now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM SO SO SO MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried to call back my pet but she chased down a bad guys liek 225 yards away and now she is DEAD!!!! I AM SO SO MAD!!!!! looks liek it is back to my other games until they fix this crude!

As far as anyone knows the patch hasnt even been implemented yet, so please take you spam elsewhere.
Nice try though, you're probably not even a CH.

ok smart. I am sorry if itis like spam but I just "at least it looks like" have lost my 1 of my pets. Exucse me for being maybe a little premature to post perma death but when i saw corpse after i called my moppsie i got a little upset. any CH might have done the same.

dyarab, permadeath IS in. look around the forum and you will find many people confirming this. the pet dies and they try to store/call it and all they get is a corpse.

OMG, this morning I decided to do a bit of hunting before going to school.
I was using my 70 rancor which bfore CU had strong poison and knockdown.
to my surprise, my full grown rancor used Knockdown, followed by the poison attack!
this MUST be a bug. I thought they aren't supposed to work, especially since I never trained it to use Specials in the first place. maybe they fixed it in the hotfix without telling us!

They will do it on their own, just as the wild creatures will cause dizzy or stun to you. We just can not "See" the specials or armor nor can we get our pets to do their specials "on command".
It has been like this since 1st week on TC. Why and when the AI tells the pet to use their Special Attacks, I do not know. It seems to be the closer the target is in level to the pet, the more likely they will use a special.

yeah I had a gaping spider hunter before I could even train Special Attack One and it would also hit with poison. It was just random, until I could train specials. Same thing with my giant sand beetle using stun.
