I would say 30 to 40k is a fair price for +24 to tameing. For one you will eventually tame any creature aslong as its not bugged. You may have to do a bit of running to get the tame, but with time supposedly all things should tame. For two tameing foods are alot cheaper, and if your out to tame rares far easier to get a few almond crunchies. So basically this is an item that is must have for maybe 4 or 5 tames. That being said spending a fortune for it raises questions.
This is more the collectors item then anything else. Like droid tapes for BH. Nice to have but far from valuable. Ofcoarse you will always find someone to meet your price. You could probabally sell a deadeye decoder for a couple million credits. Now since so many have that much to burn.
u can look under clothing or the special clothing item (pants, shirts, etc.). either set a filter on prices (like minimum 10000 as be clothing is expensive) or the name like "tame". better the first one as u never know whats the naming systematics of the crafter. the best clothing items are shirts, as u can wear them under your armour. with all other clothing u have to take off armour to wear them.
i have a taming shirt (+25) and maskscent shirt (+17). i usually change it (from ms to taming) when i m about to begin to tame. this will leave me with my full set of armour.
