Anyone else getting an unjustified "That person is controlling to many pets already" error from attempted droid/pet transfers? think the devs broke the transfer command lol

I know, i know, this has been mentioned before.....
I trained a level 9 bantha mount last night, and if memory serves its level may have increased after becoming a mount...that though is not the problem here. When i gave the pet to a good friend, she had no way to control it, so traded it with a creature handler npc and was given a bol????????
Is it pot luck on what pet you get given back, or did she make a mistake when trading? I had named the Bantha Fluff, and the Bol she got was still called Fluff

So is it possible for me to keep giving her mounts in the hope that a bantha pops out?

I doubt banthas are even coded into the trade. You would probably have more luck looking for a dwarf bantha on Tatooine.

The pet traders try to give you a CL 10 version of a pet too high for a non-CH to use. However, not all pets have a lower version and CL 10 Banthas were added months after these came in to being. They weren't meant to last this long, but no one has gone back to remove them or update their code, so what you get back isn't what you always expect.

One thing I did not think of until I saw another thread on this exact same subject is that the dwarf might not be CL 10 anymore. I hope they are, but there may not be any non-handler versions anymore.
