No elites besides Female narglatches spawn from lairs, so that's pretty much it....

Stupid Newbie Q:
Do elites Nargies spawn from regular lairs, or do elite Nargies spawn only from elite lairs?

There's no such thing as an "elite lair", Female narglatches spawn right with ordinary narglatches in simple narglatch lairs, you just gotta keep poking until some babies appear.

This isn't entirely true. While a lair may not be "elite", the female narglatch lairs that I have seen only contain elite female narglatches......nothing else. You have to "work the lair" to get babies to spawn, but in my experience only elite female narglatches or the babies will spawn. The type of shelter is a rocky shelter if I recall correctly. The ones I have seen spawn Southwest of Keran (sp?) on Naboo.
Now there are "mixed" lairs with female, regular, matriach narglatches and such (have seen some of these near Moenia). But I have never personally seen any of those lairs contain an elite. Again, this is only my experience.

I will be lying if I give a name of the elite I saw the other day because in all honesty I can't remember what it was called. It was while I was looking for my female Narglatches that I came across it. It could have been a Plains Stalker but I dont even know if they are on Naboo. It was definitely a cat and definitely on Naboo.
I haven't seen too many elites but haven't specifically been looking for them as such. They are out there though. Tomorrow when I log in again I will try get you some more info

I think the question really is: Which elite pet babies are spawning for sure. And I still only know of Female Narglatch babies altho' I have not looked that much since Publish 20

If you group with your pets, they gain the defense bonus as if they were your level. Otherwise people would be seeing these three Narglatch getting one hit incaps and they would be no big deal.
I also havea level 69 Narglatch, which I find quite comparable to the three elites. I find it easier to control, about same damage and slightly better defense. It just has less total health. It is the health that makes the threesome so popular.

All i've seen are lairs that say "A narglatch lair" and popped out male and female narglatches, I guess there could be more varieties.....
