Thread: THank you to my fellow die hards!

I want to thank all the die hards out there. Those of us who refusse to give up CH despite the nerfs to it.

For 2 days I was considering the pros and cons of it.


Pros


  1. cool pets

  2. awsome mounts

  3. tameing cool creaturs

  4. never hunting alone

  5. Guard command

Cons



  1. 66 skill points to a majorly nerffed profession

  2. pets running constantly

  3. no pvp ability

  4. no real economy (I do not count running missions and standing somewhere shouting (harvest type) for sale as a market)


GIving it up


Pros



  1. 66 more skill points for doing something useful

  2. could still keep pets in my data pad if I wanted to go back

Cons



  1. The long grind back

  2. would miss my pets

  3. would have given in to nerfs


After spending a lot of time on the boards lately (as you can see). I still see there are plenty of us hanging in there. I think the samauri comparison was the best. It's good to see people finally getting the rare babes. On that note I got a real tease that fas the final decesion for me.


While doing Act III on dath, a bull rancor nest with a BABY spawned right in front of me. Long enough for me to target the baby head in and then............................................Poof it un spawned. (@#&$@&$&@(*&$*(@&*($&*(@&(%*&@ if that wasn't a challenge I don't know what is!!

Actually if you give up MCH, you can also give up Scout as well, which will save you 106 skillpoints. That is what drove me away. However.....

Good deal, stay in the family. Besides, someone may get nerfed worse than us. It's rather risky changing professions now.
