No, the guy above is wrong by buying the close all it will do is make tamming lvl 18 pets easier, wont allow you to use a hihger lvl pet.

yes. There is a vendor east of the coronet starport. I can't remember his name, BUT, he is only out at the first group of houses and his shop is one of those vendor huts. He has a waypoint in the ctl-V screen under clothing that indicates he is a bio-clothing seller. Sorry I couldn't be more accurate, it should not be too hard to find.
Also, when you enter his hut, look over your right shoulderbehind you, or you will miss the guy and think I sent you on a wild goose chase. He has a very large selection of bio-clothes of all types w/ most of them being +14 per piece.
This is a good multi-vendor location (and, no, I'm not affiliated with it.)

+ to CH skills helps you tameand makes it easier them but u can not go above the level that you could normally call...then MCH could call beastly pets(but we knowthat wouldbeto "good" and we might actuallykill something...)

i think using taming clothes does help but in not sure. My Friend has +25 vicious taming clothes and when he does not have them on, he can not bring out hes angler (lvl 38 i think). but when he has it on he can pull the pet out and use it. you have to look a your MOD skill.
