I'm just curious about lair spawns; is there a pattern? How do you see it vary?
Yesterday, on Lok (Wanderhome) I had the chance to play for about an hour and a half during the day. I went from Nyms to Chinatown. Came across a pretty good variety of lairs, only saw a few babies, but a lot of lairs.
Last night, I logged back on in Chinatown, went east about 4K, then headed back to Nyms (about 8Km). I saw a total of 4 lairs in the entire trip! 2 gurks, 1 pharple, and one annoying imp camp with a droidka. After getting back to Nyms, I even went a couple of KM out back on my original path to Chinatown. Nothing but some junk right outside the city.
To me, that's a little too random and affects playability as a CH/BE. Anyone else see similar stuff?

This has been going on a long time. It is caused by server load and lag. It seems the first thing that goes when the server get loaded down is random spawns in the middle of no where. It happens on all planets and in most galaxies. The next thing that goes is random spawns near player placed structures. You finally end up with a "Ring of Death." This is a ring of player/terminal generated mission spawns around cities and outposts and absolutely nothing at all 1500k or greater from the town. It is wost on planets like Dant that have POI's or non-random spawns that players like to camp.

Greetings,
I have recently had the same experience on Talus and Corellia with the exception of very small, spotty "Hot spots" as I like to call them. These two planets have always been great spawners for me.
Good Luck to All,
