Can anyone tell me were I can find one? Any help would be appreciated.

That depends on which server you are on, but many of the player cities have a ch trainer. If all else fails, Nashal on Talus has one, there is one in Mos entha right by the medic center, at least on the Kauri server there is. Those are the ones I see the most often.

....and then no matter how hard we get nerfed, we still keep CH because we are still some of the coolest characters on the game.

There is a CH trainer in Keren on Naboo if I remember correctly. He is like 100m away from the starport.

There is also a trainer on correlia coronet beside the bank.
