hmm...i don't know much about squad leader, but its a very un-selfish profession.

I'd say that most of us here, are MCH/Mcombat profession or MCH/and some type of artisan.

Only other common exception I know of are MCH/MR Which are the trackers, resource suppliers etc..

I've never heard of MCH/MSL because it takes many skill points w/ little reward. I don't really know how to answer you're question, but IMO I wouldn't do it. CH isn't a very effective offense profession and the only thing Squad Leader provides is defenses, and accuracy mods, which in itself are for "player" groups rather than pets, i dunno tho.

I can't say how it is now, but a few months ago a friend of mine who was a CH decided to become a SL. He received SL XP for his pets and was able to fly through the tree.

As for wether or not the bonuses apply to pets, I don't have an answer for you.

Was looking for a compliment to my soon to be achieved MCH and took notice of Squad Leader for the first time.

Does anyone know if SL benefits apply to pets? And no, I'm not looking to be uber (ohyeh, I prolly don't have to mention that to this crowd) - if SL works for pets, I'd definitely give it a go. Would be kinda fun w/beasts and faction pets and a droid, all with boosted defenses etal.

Apparently, on the SL FAQ it is "undetermined" if pets get SL benefits. Does anyone know for sure?

And does anyone know if you get SL xp for being groupleader with just pets?

Looking for a CH opinion on this.
