Creature Handler Archive

I've tried many different professions in SWG, but none can really compare to Creature Handler. I started this game in December '03. My first experience with CH came after a failed Krayt hunt with a large hunting group that started out of Anchorhead. (I had pistols 3 at the time I believe (I was going for smuggler, cause that was cool, I could be like Chewbacca)). Anyways, me and a couple other guys were having to hike from the cloner in Mos Taike to Mos Entha. "Its not too difficult a journey", I told them, "I've done several artisan missions from Taike to Entha."

So we're running along, and this guy with a little bit of CH sees a lesser dewback he wants to tame. He wasn't successful, but I was still in awe of this profession. Later he gave me a flewt or something, and that little guy was going everywhere with me. It wasn't too long after that until I had finally acheived the status of novice CH. It wasn't too long after that that I met Cutie, my faithful companion for over a year and a half. Her level may have changed many times due to creature rebalancing, but my favorite little dewback has always been with me. Do I have stronger pets? Sure. But nothing can ever compare to my Cutie. Dare I say it, I love that dewback. (Ok, maybe I'm getting a little carried away.) My point is, SOE, please don't take away my Cutie. I don't care, move her down to a level 10, let me drop her in my house and let her walk around, I don't care, but please don't make her just sit there in my datapad. My goodness, its as bad as when my dad killed my fish when I was 10 years old.
