Not sure how big of news this is to everyone else nowadays, but I took 3 weeks off and then on my 3rd Screecher lair since I got back, I got my little flying friend. My first >CL50 pet. I am very excited about this (however, I am saddened that Tivo is leaving us).

To all of you still searching for a particular pet, keep it up.

I went to Endor as a group and we had a total of 8 Screecher Missons. Out of the eight I only seen two babies. Taiming these things are a pain in the arse. One was attacked by Bluurs aftr I failed taiming on the third try and the other was killed when targeted by accident by one of my fellow hunters aftr I failed again.

I went on a different day with another friend and four missions. I had those almond things with me, a tamming hat & shirt and still failed, the damn thing attacked my swoop as a thank you. It was diseased by the other Screechers and died after my bike exploded. What a joke, I had an easier time taming my CL58 Widow!

So, you can get babies but its rare and good luck getting one when you see them. Make sure you kill the others before you attempt to tame the baby. And if anyone has a tip on how to boost the odds please thorw me a bone. And just one more thing, do those bad boys hit your opponents with diseases after they are yours? It's the only reason I want them. See you guys around

Sorry been busy,

Yes I got it from a Mission Lair.

Last night on a different Mission Lair, I got another to spawn but I couldn't get my pets to stop attacking. We ran around for about 15 minutes, with me yelling for them to follow. I finally got one to store, but the other I couldn't get down any lower than 15 seconds left to store before she turned and hit it again. Then an adult spawned and diseased my pet and the baby. When I finally got the baby to stop agroing, I told my pet to stay and ran after only to have one of the plague cycles drain him of his mind. I have a little screenshot of me crying over his corpse. After that the lair spawned 7 more adults. I was kinda upset so I just attacked on my own and got incapped twice just to relieve my frustration.

Oh well, at least I got one. Now back to Dath to kill Rancors, wish me luck.

One more thing. The baby I did tame was on the 2nd try with a taming shirt of +16.

I got mine from a mission lair (about the 30th mission lair). It popped out when I tapped the lair and was just sitting all by itself. I tamed it the first try without taming clothes.
