Nice idea there are some problems with your proposal though.

1. You need to hold the meeting on a beginner planet so players can create second accounts and easily get there. Nobody wants to grind for 30 minutes on a server they do not play to go to a meeting. My suggestion is to use one of the abandoned npc cities on naboo corellia and tattooine. That saves time for all involved, and these places have npc structures that serve well.

2. The time frame is a little harsh on the community. Remember 1pm for you is 9am in the morning east coast and predawn in europe. Also on the note hey man its sunday many players have a hobby called church that they attend early on that day. The goal is to get many to come.

My suggestion move the time to around 5pm pst. That will let people on the east coast get in and people in europe will still be up. Ontop of that it may be more swingable for people on the west coast. Move the meating to doaba guerfel on corellia. You have a theatre just outside the starport minimal lag and a fresh account can get there.

As you know, Sunday's are rather hard for me to get into the game. But it's looking like I will be freed up on June 26th so I can finally get over to a BEAST Meeting. Hopefully by then I will have been able to finally take over the Starsider Chapter

I definitely think holding the meeting in one of the often unused NPC theaters in Mos Entha, Keren, Tyrena, or some other low-lag starter planet city would be a great idea.

There is now a Sio Babble on Radiant, so he could attend. He's not a CH, he's an out of the box n00bie.

Yeah oops on me. Its kind of hard to switch your perspective backwards or is that the other way in reverse. I thought about this like thirty minutes later after I was already out of the house.
