What is the highest level creature a master creature handler can use. I have seen at several vendors creatures that are masters and have a difficutly level of 142 can only BE use these ?

To answer your question...

The highest lvl a MCH can use is lvl 70.

Those lvl 142 pets you see on sale are junk. Well, they can make nice decorations in your house which is why I guess they're being sold. Although when I see one of those CL71+ pets on sale for a lot of credits I think that person either doesn't know what they're doing or trying to rip off a CH.

Of course creatures up to level 75 can be useful to BEs for DNA samples.

Anakin: Master, I think my lightsaber is getting dull. Its not doing nearly as much damage as it used to.
Obi-Wan: O.k. when we're done showing the youglings around the temple, we'll stop by the bazaar and you can buy a new crystal. I hope you've got a couple million credits saved up for this.
Anakin: WHAT?!!?? I don't have THAT kind of cash!
Obi-Wan: Well you could try sharpening it on these younglings. I've got a headache and all their questions are driving me NUTS!
