Creature Handler Archive

I have a friend in game that is a Master Doc/Master CH and is not getting any faction points when his pet kills Imp NPC. Is anyone else seeing this?

I also suffer from the same affliction. I thought everyone else did too, but I guess I was wrong. I only get faction points based upon how much damage I myself do. So if my pets do all the damage (which they do, as I have no other combat profession) then I get no FPs. If I begin to fire with my bowcaster on something while my pet attacks it, I will be lucky to get 1 FP for the damage I do to it.

You have to remember, people do make nasty jokes.

And ch's haven't been able to get factions points with beasts since..hmmm..forever.
