Thread: Are there Max Level of Pets skill tapes out there?

I searched the boards and have not seen a skill tape to increase the Max Level of Pets skill yet. I know there are taming tapes out there (I've got a couple), but have not seen the level ones. Does anyone know if they are out there?

There are a few floating around, however all have been disabled. There is little chance of them ever being seen functional. All drops have been taken out of the game.
