Well I tried this experiment.
Gave my combat Duo a full set of secondary buffs (well HA not M)

Ya know what they kicked ass.

Having to be recalled every 10 seconds aside I tanked quite a few lairs in a row with them and at teh end of it all they had full action and health. The most I had to do was wait 2 min for them to regen after a rather nasty posion dose got them.

now as for my PvP experiences with them..... well they lasted 30 sec longer than their unbuffed twins.

well at least we can do something to make them effective PvE tanks again. even if id does cost 4k per pet lol.

Hehe yep I have found this too and it really works well

(Note this is for your run of the mill red con critters etc Krayts are still finicky about ignoring pets). and really 4k is probably a saving as I was going thru petstims like nobodies business! Only problem is you can't travel with the pet buffed so the doc has to either come to you or be there already!

Does it wipe the buff if the pet autostores?

Now this would be a good thing for BE's to be able to do. 3 hr pet buffs just like the doc's

Shaylin, yes storing (or auto-storing) does remove the buffs.

It does make a huge difference. At the moment I am working on swordsman. After going through a full sharnaff lair, by pet will be near dead. With buffs, my pet will come away fully healed.

All you really need are constitution and stamina, btw. Pets don't need strength or quickness buffed since their specials don't use HAM.

Yeah those poor docs, they never get any do they, does it really matter if you give it to the doc or the be? I hope your not suggesting the BE makes more than docs, maybe greedy over pricing BE's

Works best for beginner CH's and non-ch pets, really not worth it to a MCH.

Unless you plan to use three CL23 or lower leveled pets.
