Hi all,

I am a new CH and I was wondering if someone knew if XP is gained faster by having two pets attacking or whether the XP gain is the same? For example, If a 3-3-3-3 CH has two grauls and they attack the same Eopie will he gain twice the amount of XP?

oh, and another question: two trains leave in opposite directions one travelling at 60mph.......jk

Thanks,

its actually slower under the current rules to use dual pets since BOTH pets have to land a blow and survive to the end of the fight. under the old rules it was faster.

use one pet and you get the maximum gain possible

each creature you kill has so many experience points associated with it. with lets say you have one level 16 pet... and kill creature A... you will get 500 exp points.... now if you have two level 16 pets out and you kill that same creature each of your creatures will contribute 250 exp points... you'll still only get 500 exp points total but you have to make sure both pets get an attack in and survive... as barb-wire said.

If you have 2 pets out and only 1 succeeds in getting an attack in youll only get half of the potential exp from that kill... bad.

having multiple pets out at once isn't good for getting experience but it does help for killing very large and hard creatures.

But @ 1-1-1-1 You can't have two pet out I thought? I wasn't until one of the skill tree where you get to pull two pets, no?

As stated above you have to get both pets to have a successful hit to get the full xp. The better way is to take almost any baby and go to the open fields around big cities and sic the baby on the creatures there. Wait till you see at least one "hit" (damage) done by your pet then open fire yourself to finish off the creature and protect the pet. The key is that the pet has to be alive and have gotten in at least 1 point of damage to get the CH xp. You can provide all the rest of the damage yourself.
