Level 90 Geonesian-enhanced mutant Krayt Dragon with 3600K HAM.
Tamed it whilst out of my head on muon and pixie, and now can't seem to find it on my datapad 
For me it is my BE Gurreks, level 64 and 65. Light armour, high resists, 2 special attacks one being strong poison, and a ranged attack too.

In terms of natural pets, I like merek battlelord personally. They're just cool.
Two lvl 35 pets with AR1, 60% kinetic is definitely better than 1 lvl 70 pet with AR1, 60% kinetic. Three lvl 23 pets with AR1, 60% kinetic is even better (if you can find them).
For BE pets, make sure to have highest in Health, next in Action, next in Mind. So for example, a HAM of 9000/8000/7000 is good but a HAM of 7000/7000/7000 or 7000/8000/9000 isa waste.
