kreetles scare the crap outta me...i wish i had one of those uber kreetle pets to rip everything aprt for me

oh and, CH is the best professions by far....especially when you have your huge creatures sitting on top of the theed med center and everyone walks by and goes "W T F!!!"

• ZZ - (Webmaster) - While huntingon Endor with a Doctor friend, we came across a lair of spiders, as their meat was particularly rich in vitamins at the time and sought after by many Chefs and Combat Medics, we decided to gather as much meat as we could. After taking out the Adult Webmasters and Warriors I fired a shot into the lair to startle any more creatures out. Another Warrior charged out at us and was quickly taken down. At that time I noticed my Delirious Merek Avenger (Chewen-Jr) was fussing about something in the brush. I quickly ran over to see what it was, and saw a Webmaster baby attacking Chewen-Jr. I quickly called Chewen-Jr back to me to break off his attack, but the baby was persistant so I ran pulling Chewen-Jr along with me hoping the baby would get tired and break off her attack. Finally the baby stopped and wandered back to the safety of the lair. I masked my scent to not startle the baby again and slowly walked back. I calmly talk to the baby gaining it's trust. Then finally she accepted me as a friend, I quickly healed the wounds that Chewen-Jr had caused and stored the baby away in safety to rest. After learning that she was in fact a Female I named her ZZ because she's got legs.

Let's see a TKM come up with a story about their VK's or Armor. I have a story like this for each and every one of my pets. Some pets were given by friends when they could no longer care for them, as they had more pets than they could handle or were being forced to give up their pets to persue other professions. Still other pets found orphaned out in the middle of nowhere. And some were grown in a lab carefully geneticly engineered from the finest DNA.

The thought of playing this game and not being a CH makes me shudder. I spend looong hours in the saddle of my savage humbaba, scent masked, riding asround checking things out.... sometimes I sjut sit tehre and watch two spawns duke it out for hunting rights, sometimes I'll climb down off Vorhees, give him a tidbit of foraged yummies, and go tame a baby, just to tame it.

One day I found myself with six empty datapad slots, so I tamed 5 mottled wrixes and a crinson razor cat. I kept the crimson for myself, but when I got back to coronet (after a long relaxing ride in which I let Vorhees lead the way) I then found three nov CH's, who just hit lvl 20 creature handling ability by working together to lvl.. I gave them the mottled wrixes to train so they could gete the XP, and so they'd have some pretty good grinding cats. I even train the specials for them (med disease comes in handy). After hanging out with them for about an hour and answering quetiosn for them, one of them said they were about 5K xp from their next skill box, and asked if I'd be willing to help out. I told them all to come with me. We got buffed, and I made them whip out the pets they were grinding with. They paid for their own buffs, but I paid for all the pet buffs. After we were all buffed up and fulla brandy, we set out on foot with our pets in tow, and we spend the next 3 hours getting them some XP. I had fun, they had fun, and they especially loved seeing me work three buffed snakes against the wildlife. The glitter in their eyes told me they officially had the "I am gonna be master CH forever" fever that I got the first time I ever saw a master CH wipe out a huurton nest with a trio of cowardly gurrecks.

This is why CH is so great, because to us, its not some skill box on a template to be swapped whenever we start losing fights, its not some stepping stone on the path to some higher power.. its a way if life (in-game), and I havent met one single CH , reb or Imp, that I did not get along with. They have all helped me along the way, and treated me with the utmost respect, even the reb MCH who trained my specials on my cowardly gurreck so I could go get some faction points when I was a novice myself.. he knew I was gonna go be a dirty Imp, but I was CH, and so was he, and we spoke the same language in that respect. I salute you all. This profession is not easy to master, is frustraing as hell sometimes, but worth every minute it took to get to master...
