Ok, just about to claim the varactyl (I had been waiting on a decision about a previous reward, got that now)
But, since I've got a CH which cannot yet (but will soonish) be able to go for the CL65 version..... which I understand is gotten via a quest...
1) Can I claim the CL10 version for another different character, and go for the quest for Annaka?
2) I assume that the reward is one per account (with DD)
3) I assume that the quest is a one-off...
Thanks!

The CL10version is 1 per account.
The CL65 verison is 1 per MCH. It is quest based. As long as you have the DD and are a MCH, you can take the quest.

You don't need the DD to get the quest, any version of RotW works for the quest. However you need DD for varactyl, however if you are thinking about going jedi (even if just for the extra character slot) I would suggest you get it with your main acct and put it on display until it's opened or even in a bag.

In order to get the quest for theCL65 version of the lizard, you must have the DD and be a MCH. If you attempt to speak with the quest giver, for the CL65 version, and only have the TE, the quest giver will say something to the effect of 'I'm too busy to talk to you'.
