Don't know if you guys caught this:

Do you think this is a positive step or just further dumbing down of the game?

Personally, I am sad to see this as now our toughest tames will be trival to dual elite combatants.

What do you think?

Im sick and tired of meatlumps aggroing me while im walking around the city. I just hope they dont further break our pets with this new tweak to the AI code.

This shouldn't affect PVP so our pets will be OK.

Forgive me. I forgot where the center of the universe lies for a moment.

You posted this on the CH forum, I supposed you wanted a answer to why this isn't bad for CHs. I gave one.

I could give answers to why it's not bad for other proffesions, but seeing it's posted here I'll stay on topic.

Does this mean I won't be overrun by a mob of kreetles all the time now?

Ok .. apparently I don't get it.

WHY I THINK ITS BAD;

Taming creatures was a challenge.. you know mask scent , prone, crawling.... nowwill be much less so.

So Whipping Arse in PvP > PvE challenge .. You Win! Congrats to you!

Actually I don't PVP all that often. I was just assuming that that was your problem, because of your first post.

I can see your point of view, maybe they can havebabies be an exception? When we are given a new correspondent you will have to ask him or her, not yell at me.

This is a further dumbing down of the game. Aggressive creatures should not only attack you like they did, you should get more XP than 1 or 2 points (this week) from them.

The level system has got to go. It's the enemy of SWG as a virtual reality.

Tazz vonMannstein Baron-Administrator of Corellia, master navigator of Corellia, captain of the Gregarious Gurreck

Sio Babble MBH/MCH/Cabana Boy; master of Tyson, the GNORT OF DEATH

Jeffn Akbar Nerfed from here to Lok MD/MCM

Zanti Agaesia Bothan MBE, 12 point Master Chef, Havoc Squadron Ace pilot

I agree, I don't like the level system, but it's here to stay. We can modify it though, if the devs will listen to the playerbase and not their wallets.

I am not mad or looking for an argument with anyone, except perhaps the devs. I feel this is a mistake, yet again, in which CHs are being made second class citizens to other combat professions. It is a case of placing their combat priorities ahead of ours.

You all do realize that a level 80 will be able to stroll, or ridefor that matter, up to any level 70 and start a tame attempt? Between rares, and PvE tanking what exactly is (was?) our PvE game? I think it was taming and it just got incredibly easier.

Then we'll try to get babies as exceptions, pretty simple.

And my character is level 80 and level 70s didn't con gray to me.
