Thread: Possible fix for CH as well as other classes...

Ok, I may be wrong, but it seems to me that my creatures are plenty powerful when it comes to PvE. The main problem is when I try to PvP with them. They are only a minor annoyance to other players. Add to the fact that I'm a wimpy pistoleer who's profession has more broken specials than working ones and I am in real trouble in PvP. The enemy usually just ignores my pet(s) until they kill me and then they take their own sweet time killing my pet(s).

I've posted many times on these forums that I think buff's and armor is out of hand. I'm definitely not the only one who thinks this either. Here's what I propose that the dev's start with. First, take the nerf bat to buff's good and hard. Either reduce the time they last down to about 30 minutes or reduce their strength. I would prefer reducing their strength. The next thing we need to do is change how encumbrance works on armor. Encumbrance should not effect the lower stats. It should reduce the offensive and defensive skill mods. By doing this we will give people a reason to want to wear the different types of armor with less encumbrance or in the case of professions with a lot of defense, they may choose to not wear armor at all. Professions like BH with very little defense would want heavier armor, etc...

The way this would help CH is the nerf of the buff's. Currently creatures can't even do enough damage to hardly keep up with the enemy players healing. It would also be nice though if creatures did atleast a little more damage...

This is just my humble opinion. Let me know what you all think.
