So I went to Lok, and I went to Galatica, no one around.

....and then no matter how hard we get nerfed, we still keep CH because we are still some of the coolest characters on the game.

Greetings

Our weekly meeting was one of our largest yet.

I started off the meeting with some great creature handler trivia that may in the future have prizes for those who get the most questions right. The trivia is a good way to start meetings while many new members travel to get to the city and current members log in.

Once everyone arrived which nearly filled my city hall I started the meeting by asking all new members to introduce themselves. Then asked all guild members if they had any new tames they would like to announce.

Milteck-8th successful screecher tame. The tame was on my master ch jedi who needs them to help fight off BH

I also announced my final results from testing pets against type c disease buff packs and found my bull rancor and screecher still hit within 3 special attack 2 commands for disease. I believe this is because the potency of disease from creatures is 100% so have a much higher chance of hitting their target then say a combat medic who is throwing disease packs. I have also been asking docs that I usely see to get buffed if they happen to have these packs available and most that I have encountered do not. I dont see doctors in front of starports spamming them either so i dont think there is a demand for these packs out there yet.

Also announced more details about our hunting team that is designed to go after high lvl creature spawns such as krayts and also npc mobs. To help me organize it Wabit has joined BEAST and together we hope to make a hunting team that can successfully take down most targets. This will allow us as ch the ability to group together and take down targets we could never do solo and has been a lot of fun. The big loot such as krayt segments will be auctioned off to help run the guild and a portion will also be sent to the players who participate.

Also discussed some bugs including pet warp, pet poof, and pet vitality loss in pvp situations. Also discussed how the summon command is being used as an exploit during pvp as one player can take all attacking pets away from battlefield. Also discussed mind trick and how it effects ch. Finally displayed a pet command that has yet to be abused by other players that I will describe as "Displinary Pet" command that includes a pet reaction where the pet hangs his head low or cowers away from who is giving the command. Summon and Displinary pet commands need to be changed so that only the creatures masters can give such a command.

Frenzied Graul is unacceptable and needs to be fixed

Bull Rancor missions are not always producing Bull Rancors

Great Plains Stalker spawns are being hurt by player cities.

on a side note to asking docs for the posion disease buffs... i know several docs who do have them made... they just don't advertise them too much... the duration on them is about 45 mins... cost about 2-5k per set...

my 2 cents on the hunting group... this is open to any BEAST members, whatever server (we just hunt on Radiant)... and its not all MCH's... most of us have a MCH on another toon/server... we are looking to have fun and efficently hunt the end game material... but we need a few more professions to get to that point... namely a CM or 2, another Doc or 2, Ranger tracking 3... it seems that the group we have so far is heavy mind hitters... we are still in the process of building our toons to what we want them... i'm building my toon into a more of a support role with taking SL/MRifle (formup worked nicely against NS's the other night)...

in addition my other toon on radiant gives all guildies free slices (just give me forwarning if its more than a couple suits of armor, or a crate worth of weapons)...

I am leaving the world of powergaming behind and taking a leisurely stroll up the CH profession. I have a couple of questions about the CH guild BEAST. I have seen it mentioned several times andwas wondering what the requirements for entry are and who I could contact on my server once I meet them . I am on Naritus so if there is a branch there I would be interested in any info I could get. Sorry for the post hijack, but at least I didnt ask what I could tame at my skill level.

since i laughed at your sig, i will give you some info basically, if you want to be in Beast you need to prove yourrespect as a master CH and display our code at all times: Honor your customers, honor your profession, and honor your pets. i could say it that way or write a 5 page novella on what Beast is all about There is in fact a Beast guild on Naritus, milteck just had it arranged not too long ago actually. Send him a PM and he will guide you the rest of the way (by the way, as a novice CH you are permitted in guild, you will just be given the "Student" title)

well i created a toon on Radiant, Named him Skypreacher so you would know it's me.

I am broke, and I don't know how to get to where you are. But I do want to sit in on meetings when I can.

Tivo last time i checked I was standing outside the guild hall on Lok.

I begged some credits now I am just a lonely wookie on a barren island, naked, broke and all alone.
