Thread: Uh vert why do people get banned for /summon Droids but not pets?

CSR has set a precedent (though it is sort of hear-say), so they better ban people who /summon our pets. And I don't see that it makes any difference if it were 1 droid or 10 droids - or pets - that sort of thing can not be allowed.

We have been gripeing about the /summon bug for over a month now and were told basically "oh well".
A doc got someone banned for it

The solution of course it a temp removal of the command or a fix for it not banning people for useing a game mechanism exactly as it was intended (the devs just didn't forsee abuse).

i can just see it now, by changeing that one little peice of code... we get our pets back to prenerf stats, and able to call 3 rancors again...
well thats my conspiricy theory why its not fixed yet...

out of 6 people, 3 contacted me to spam me for suspending their friends using /summon on me, 1 friend contacted me that the CSR scared his friend using /summon on me, and another smart butt's friend and guild spammed me for banning him for using /summon on me. Every time they used /summon on my pets, interrupting my experience. The CSRs were very helpful in this issue. People know not to **** around with my pets. I banned 2 people from the game for making sexual gestures around my pets. Just a case and point in what happens if you mess around with my pets.

I actually tried this yesterday with the owner's permission.
I did it on his piket longhorn and it did not work. it = /summon

I have noticed that too, I relogged with one of my non-ch characters, guess what I could summon and beckon.
However any of my CH characters could not...............

i know how but im not telling lol besides this could be a pain in the but for having our creaturesout on display nope not gonna tell better left a secret or everyone will be doing it lets just forget this fellas its a bad thing

If someone wants to /summon my pet, I may be able to handle it, but.... at least let make the summoner attackable. Some moron kept summoning my mount (a savage humbaba) in Coronet. Rather than getting them banned, I would much rather let my mount bite his ankles while I give him a few headshots.

AHHHHHH! so only non-ch's can /summon pets? I see why it didn't work now....
