Every CH should know about this. You can train your pet or have them perform commands in silence with this: /tellpet <command>
Just thought all should know!
*embarrassed* I've been a MCH for almost a year and just found out about this!

I guess they don't call you RookieWookiee for nothing!
There is a HUGE advantage to /tellpet; /tellpet commands are INSTANT, they are not put in the combat queue. This is important if you're switching weapons around and there is a delay associated with it - for example, the use ofspecials with commando weapons like the flame thrower. You can use /tellpet on any pet, to include droids and faction pets, and do so instantly. When I was stilla master commando, I found this to be very important when using my harvesting droid; it would respond instantly to a /tellpet command, but would delay on a spatial command. This is important because if you switch your reticule target from a corpse to a live mob, it basically cancels out the harvest command you issued to the droid, and the lag can be a real painwhen issuing commands. This has obvious combat implications for MCHs with multiple pets out, who you may want for tactical reasons to engage different targets.

Yeah, good command when it works. The problem is you can not count on it and it does not work for one letter commands. Spatial always works but /tellpet has been unreliable for me. I believe it is on our fix list.
