Thread: How close to their max level to pets have to be so they can be mounted?

Really this depends more on the size of the pet than the CL. Something like a savage humbaba or giant carrion spat is mountable very soon after taming (immediately after taming in the case of the GCS). Whereas a smaller pet like a lesser dewback or lesser plains bol might need to get up to CL 8 or so before it's ready.

What about a cu pa? Mine is at level 6 right now.

www.swgcreatures.com lists the mountable CL level for almost all mounts (In the upper right hand box).
