For tamed pets, the Alpha Veermok on Naboo, CL 20, 5500 ham, for defense, 30 kinetic, hits for 195. A CH can tame a boar wolf from endor, CL 25, 50 kineitc, hits for 245. It would be born at CL 2 and would not exceed the 20 mark till its last stage of growth.
For BE, they can make a CL 19 with 50 kinetic if they have figured out the recipe.

I have seen Bio pets lower then lv.40 with armor, in fact I have one that is a lv.35.
I have not seen anything lower in the wild then lv.40 with armor.

hov bout lvl 33 riverside sulfur mynok... not much other decent resist but does have light armor and strong disease attack and around 9700 ham

I just like the Mountain Dewback cause it can be mounted... though for a level less u can get a much prettier dewie. But for coolness the Dathmir Mature Reptilian Flyer or Desert Squill of Tat. If your a 1/1/1/1 youd better get some bio eng CH skill clothing for Vicious creatures being you cant tame any openly aggressive ones till 2/*/*/*. I payed a total of 52k or something for 3 peices with 14/14 14/14 and 12/6 Wild/Vicious taming and they work good but most are more expensive and are hard to find so dont get killed with them on you.
