Hello, i'm currently a non CH controlling a lvl 10 pet and would like to know about how long will it take to grow up? I heard that if it kills things it might grow faster, by how much? Is it worth the effort to take it hunting to grow quicker?

Asumeing you log in every day and take it out at least once it will fully grow in 5 days max. sometimes they grow in rapid spurts and will be full grown sooner. This happens most often when the pet is used alot in combat but sometimes it happens without that.

To Upgrade something implies that you are adding too, enhancing, and fixing the thing that you are upgrading. The CU does not do this, it is not adding too, enhancing, or fixing the combat system that is in place, it is replacing the innovative SWG system with the generic one used by its competitors. Be honest and stop calling it the CU, Call it the CR (combat replacement) instead

I'v never been able to speed it up on perpous but I have had at least 6 pets so far that grew at strangely excelerated rates. One time I had 2 graul maulers (befor the nerf) that I tamed withen an hour of eachother and used quite a bit. 1 of them grew to full while the other was half grown. Another time I had a BE'd angler that was on its third growth and I hunted with it for about 7 hours stored it recalld and it was full grown. dosent happen all the time but ocasionaly it does. The general rule is 10 stages of growth 1 happens every 12 hours as long as the character dosent stay loged out for an extended period of time (several days) but when was the last time this game behaved normaly in a consistant maner.

This is interesting. I tamed two pets on the same day, a kliknik defender and a lizard. I think the defender is 27 and the lizard is 29. Last nite, the kliknik is 100% and the lizard is 80% grown.

One interesting difference.. I trained the lizard (called it every day too)and never trained the kliknik with any commands. How's that for weird.

I don't think combat has any effect. should grow in around a week as log as you log on, and cant be slowed or sped up
